As you become more familiar with our new website, there are a few things we would like you to keep in mind.

You may see surgical/dental appointments in our scheduler at the approximate time the procedure will take place.  This may be in the morning or afternoon, depending on the day.  So that we are able to properly prepare your pet for surgery, all surgical appointments need to be dropped off between 8 AM and 8:30 AM the day of the procedure.

We now have email reminders in addition to our postcard reminders.  Sometimes these reminders overlap with a visit that has already taken place.  If you receive a reminder and feel it is an error, please call the office and we will be happy to check on it for you.
